Pricing Questions
How is monitored traffic calculated?
We use the average total observed bandwidth of your network over a one-month period — combined incoming and outgoing traffic. This is real traffic volume, not your port speed or link capacity. Example: 10 Gbps inbound + 20 Gbps outbound requires a 30G licence.
Can I get a plan between 10G, 40G, and 100G?
Yes. Many networks need 20G, 30G, 60G, 80G, or another exact size based on their actual traffic. Contact us with your observed bandwidth and we will size the licence accordingly.
Does the licence cover my whole network?
Yes. Each plan is priced by total observed network bandwidth — the combined traffic your routers export to CoreDetection, not the number of devices or port sizes.
Is the dashboard included?
Yes. Operations dashboard, Smart Detection score breakdown, prefix monitoring, BGP control, and forensic reports are included in every plan — no add-on fee.
How is CoreDetection licensed?
Offline per-server licence bound to your server ID. No call-home at runtime. Annual plans include software updates and support.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Pay yearly and save 15% compared to twelve monthly payments — e.g. 10G is US$1,020/year instead of US$1,200.

What does Enterprise cover?
